Consumer Non-Commercial Account Deposit

Other non-commercial accounts, including residential rental, are required to pay a consumer deposit. This deposit earns interest for the member and is applied to the Final Bill when the service is terminated. The $25 membership fee and a deposit fee must be paid in full before connection. Deposits for non-commercial accounts, will be the sum of the highest two month’s electric bills for the location. This deposit will be a minimum of $200 and a maximum of $600. It must be paid in full before the electric service is connected. Valid proof of ownership or lease of property must be presented before the account can be connected.
